In 1964 Marco Zanuso and Richard Sapper designed Algol for Brionvega, a television set destined to revolutionize the previous canons and the very domestic environments that housed it.

With its unmistakable lines is one of the representative products of the Italian style of the sixties, the TV Color Algol Brionvega is exposed in the most famous international museums, including the prestigious Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.

Algol is characterized by its inclined and rounded screen (Zanuso compared it to a faithful little dog looking up at its owner), its removable metal handle and its brilliant plastic body.
Made of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) plastic, metal, glass.

Obviously, while working, the TV receives the analog signal and then without modifying it can not work with the contemporary digital terrestrial signal.
