This is a lovely ironstone, terre de fer, soup tureen produced in France by GIEN called Pont Aux Choux. The mark beneath indicates the series was produced during the 1960s. It is an off-white colour and has an artichoke form lid handle and decorative handles on the bowl.
It is in good condition for its age the bowl rim nor lid have any chips or cracks, there is a tiny chip on the rim of the foot.
