Information from one of the portals. The manufacturer is Kaliningrad ZA Strela, produced in small quantities for the 50th anniversary of the USSR in the 1970s. Complete, used from new, well-kept, with traces of use, especially on the tray, in the outer part, traces of use visible in the photos. There are useful scratches on the stands and lid.
The whole thing is light.
