Composed of three large cement-mounted panels (315.5 cm wide × 189 cm high overall), this monumental work portrays a shimmering aerial map of Venice in vibrant shades of blue and green, with golden glass tesserae forming the inscription “VENEZIA” in the lower left corner, alongside the mosaic signature Salviati & Co.
