A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting Jesus preparing the holy communion at the Last Supper to one side. The reverse with a frame of the holy dove representing the holy spirit above a sheaf of wheat to the left, representing the communion wafer of holy bread, to the right a grape vine to represent the communion wine. To the base the lamb of God with a cross. The centre engraved with the monogram MC / CM and the date 18 Juin 1908. Stamped with the eagle’s head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture. Dimensions: 2.4 x 2 x 0.15 cm (not including jump ring) Weight: 4.12 grams (Chain not included)
