Tureen and tray, in fine tin, struck under the bottom of the punches of a natural rose and a monogrammed “LH” helmet for Louis Houzeaux.
Houzeaux is a sculptor on French tin of the end of the 19th and early 20th century.
This soupter has winding handles, delicately chopped, with masks. Its lid is topped with a flagship in Louis XVI pine cone resting on a stylized maple leaf. Fish-fish feet are also nicely opened. The oval tray has two handles in the same spirit.
