The brand was born in the sixties from the creative inspiration of the Palermo nobleman Giovanni De Simone and was soon affirmed in the panorama of Sicilian artistic ceramics thanks to a unique and original style that mixes The folklore of the island and the suggestions of the great masters of modern art, such as Picasso, Matisse, Léger and Klee.
This dish, in particular, is inspired by the Sicilian tradition. Note the Etna volcano in the background. Considering the age, the dish is in good condition; In the rear there are “Craquelre” (small cracks visible on the surface of the vitrea pasta, due to the years), which do not affect the integrity and value of the piece.
