Elegant set of four bentwood chairs, marked “Thonet Austria”, attributable to the renowned Gebrüder Thonet (Thonet Brothers) manufacture, likely made before the 1921 merger with Mundus.

The seats and backrests are made of pressed wood, richly embossed with floral and geometric motifs—a decorative style typical of Viennese design from the late 1800s to early 1900s. The chairs feature a traditional shellac finish that enhances the warm tone of the beechwood and highlights the artisanal workmanship.
