Pamono Antique French Crystal Compotier from La Samaritaine, Paris, France, Late 19th Century> Bowls

Rare antique French decorated glass or crystal bowl compotier or fruit stand bowl with a metal base. The shop ‘Samaritaine’ is embossed on the decorated metal of the stand. The Samaritaine was one of the first department stores in Paris and is still running today.

This beautiful and timeless compotier would still look great holding fruit or flowers or pot pourri. It is an item approaching 150 years old or thereabouts.
