A fantastically elegant and well-made chair designed by Kai Kristiansen for Schou Andersen in Denmark. The chair is in model 31 and is one of Kai’s most iconic chairs that is widely known and in demand, worldwide.

This set has both legs and frames in teak. The chair has been reupholstered with an elegant cover in a nice beige tone in the wool fabric Hallingdal 65 with color no. 200 from Kvadrat. The fabric gives the chair a lovely upholstery, which not only adds a modern touch to the chair’s design, but also enhances and highlights the character of the chair in a nice way. It’s a perfect combination of style and functionality!
The fabric Hallingdal 65 has very high wear resistance, which makes it extremely suitable for both home use and public environments. It is made with a well-balanced mix of materials, including wool and viscose, which makes it not only practical, but also comfortable for the user.

The back is softly rounded and continues down towards the sides of the frame, and it provides pleasant support and a cozy feeling that invites relaxation.
