Crafted in the 1960s and retaining its original maker’s label, this is a rare example of British mid-century design. Based in London, Greaves & Thomas were highly regarded for their high-quality, modernist furniture that blended refined British craftsmanship with the clean, functional lines of Scandinavian design. Their pieces were sold through prestigious retailers and remain prized today for their timeless elegance and exceptional build.

The design is both stylish and highly functional. To the left, a single-door cupboard features a removable shelf, providing adaptable storage to suit your needs. Beside it, three drawers include a top drawer fitted with its original red felt-lined cutlery division, a detail that showcases the quality and thoughtfulness of manufacture.

To the right, two cupboard doors are arranged with different functions: one opens conventionally to reveal versatile shelving, while the other cleverly drops down to form a cocktail and drinks cabinet. The pull-down door is fitted with a wipe-clean laminate surface, perfect for preparing and serving drinks.
