Spectacular Large pair of Art Deco Murano Flower Sconces by Ercole Barovier. These unique bellflower-shaped sconces were produced in Italy, Murano during the late 1940s. Fully original and in fabulous conditions, with no chips or cracks. These elegant lights feature hand-blown Murano glass shades in a beautiful soft pink hue, delicately ribbed with scalloped edges that elegantly diffuse the light. The shades are connected to the solid brass backplate by a gracefully curved blown Murano glass arm that enhances their organic and refined appearance. The quality of the glass is outstanding, a testament to the mastery of Murano artisans of the period. When lit, the pink flower shades emit a warm and atmospheric glow, highlighting the delicacy of the color and texture. The sconces have been rewired and tested for use in the US, UK, and EU with standard E26/27 sockets.
