“Love and Hate” is a series of works that deals with the theme of the weakness of the human mind and body. Gestures and actions that initially make us free, turn into an addiction that is difficult to control. In the painting the razor blades painted in glossy black are obsessively applied to the canvas. Objects that we initially love turn into demons that we hate and fight. The work investigates the theme of self-harm, deliberately leaving incomplete spaces to symbolize the end of the journey and the disorder.
