A stunning vintage magazine holder made between the 1950s and 1960s. It was certainly made in Italy, as can be read from the original adhesive label located at the bottom, even if the style recalls the stylistic line of the well-known French company “Maison Baguès”. The structure is fixed and non-closable, made entirely of brass. As with the furnishing items produced during the 18th century, when the European nobility was overwhelmed by enthusiasm for Chinese taste, this vintage magazine stand faithfully reproduces the effect of “faux bamboo” with thin canes that have the task of supporting your magazines in a truly refined Chinoiserie style.
