A very good quality early 19th century French gilt mirror in the Louis XV manner. Unusually shaped scrolled top to mirror plate under the elaborate large central cartouche of scrolled foliate with a large bunch of grapes centre. Cascading from each side to outer edge of moulded frame a floral foliate decoration. The bottom with floral design again and acanthus leaf mouldings to corners. The original plate with very little to none foxing. The back panelled board inset into the frame. A very well made mirror circa 1800 with warm patina to gilding in good original condition. Images are a true reflection of condition.
