Copper models were mainly produced in these decades, before stainless steel itself began to be widely used.
Spring (full name: Spring International) is a Swiss company founded in the 1940s.
They specialized in professional cookware, catering cookers, warmers and high-class catering equipment.
Their products were (used in restaurants, hotels and by chefs around the world).
Condition: discoloration spot (patina, slight traces of use) I do not know if the burner is functional because I do not have the right cylinder for it.
